Signature Personalised Patient Care utilises patient specific femoral and tibial positioning guides developed from MRI to offer an individualised approach to total knee replacement. The Signature system, which fits the femoral and tibial components independently, is used with the Vanguard Complete Knee System to offer a comprehensive solution for personalised patient care.

• Proprietary planning algorithms incorporate mechanical axis and widely accepted landmarks to generate initial preoperative plan

Signature Positioning Guides

Femoral positioning guides register on femoral articular surface to establish:

• Distal femoral resection level and orientation (valgus angle and flexion/extension)
   
• Femoral component rotation and anterior/posterior position
   
• Femoral component sizing

Tibial positioning guides register on the anteromedial tibial plateau to establish:

• Proximal tibial resection level
   
• Proximal tibial resection orientation
